Itinerary at a Glance

Days 1-3 | June 25 – 27

Travel from Livingston to your hotel at the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park where you’ll spend two full days exploring Yellowstone National Park and its fascinating treasures while spotting wildlife and birds with In Our Nature Guiding Services. We’ll travel by car with short walks and a hike to Trout Lake.

Day 4 | June 28

Journey north via the Paradise and Shields Valleys to see some of our river restoration work in action. Finish the day in historic Fort Benton where you’ll stay at the beautiful Grand Union Hotel for the evening.

Days 5-8 | June 29 – July 2

Curated by the expertise of the Upper Missouri River Guides, canoe 46 miles of stunning landscapes while retracing Lewis and Clark’s footsteps on the Missouri River. Discover petroglyphs, teepee rings, and breathtaking formations like the Hole in the Wall.
